Neighbourhood renewal in Halton

Halton Together is a network that enables voluntary and community groups to have a collective voice at all levels. It belongs to YOU - the community. It does not belong to the council or to Halton Voluntary Action. Becoming a member has so many benefits.

    Halton Together
    will

  • Provide you with information
  • help you to identify key issues and develop solutions (eg paying for surveys, meetings, consultancy and advice)
  • provide training/capacity building and support to enable participation at all levels
  • provide resources to enable you to inform other groups about your activities and to learn from each other’s best practice

    Will develop
  • A fair election system to allow local people from the community and voluntary sectors to be elected onto the Halton Stategic Partnership, its sub-groups and other partnerships and boards.

    Will ensure that
  • Representatives are accountable to the Network
  • YOUR views are heard

KEY CONTACTS

Support

  • We can offer your group as little or as much support as you need to reach your goals. We can help by;
  • Attending meetings and offering an external view point
  • Help you to identify and access training.
  • Help you through periods of change.
  • We can help you find partners and develop a network of people who can support your work.
  • Helping you develop plan and deliver pieces of work
