| Halton Together
is a network that enables voluntary and community groups to have
a collective voice at all levels. It belongs to YOU
- the community. It does not belong to the council or to Halton
Voluntary Action. Becoming a member has so many benefits.
Halton Together
will
- Provide
you with information
- help you
to identify key issues and develop solutions (eg paying for
surveys, meetings, consultancy and advice)
- provide
training/capacity building and support to enable participation
at all levels
- provide
resources to enable you to inform other groups about your activities
and to learn from each other’s best practice
Will
develop
- A fair
election system to allow local people from the community and
voluntary sectors to be elected onto the Halton Stategic Partnership,
its sub-groups and other partnerships and boards.
Will ensure
that
- Representatives
are accountable to the Network
- YOUR views
are heard
