HALTON ACCESS TO MEDIA - HAM
Ham provides resources and opportunities for involvement in media for Halton people - particuarly those form 'excluded groups and communities'. One example is Halton FM - community radio for the borough and surrounding area, also training and promotion of community and voluntary groups.
