Windmill Hill community forum exists to provide relief of poverty and deprivation for residents of the Windmill Hill estate. The forum is an umbrella group for groups on the estate and holds monthly/bi-monthly meetings for its members. The forum operates a community office, community minibus, Telematics centre and other activities such as a youth group from time to time.
