We support the work of the ranger at Pickerings Pasture and Hale duck decoy. We fund raise for bird food and particular projects. We make and put up bird boxes, prune, clear and tidy overgrown areas, plant and repair. We run a fun dog show and other events, to encourage more visitors. We are collecting and archiving material about the decoy and we interact with the public at events. We want to improve, preserve and support these environments for present and future users and the species living on it.
