We are a church which caters for the christian religious needs of the local community. This involves the whole aspect of human life from baptisms through to burials including attendant counselling etc. We also have a number of social groups who cater for the needs of the local population ranging from the senior citizens (over 50s club) to Alcoholics Anonymous. We are also in the process of establishing a new committee which will embrace all the groups involved in the current parish social centre.
Thanks to a grant from Heritage Lottery, Our Lady of Perpetual Succour Church, Widnes, is undertaking a programme of restoration to the church organ.
