Matters arising

 

  • Job specs still not received from Greenbank
  • SL to contact GR with details of container
  • The constitution is in hand
  • There may be funding implications for the sports club as rules for community use of schools are chancing and CLS may have to charge the Sports Club so that costs are covered.  Further details when available.

 

The Sports Club

 

  • First night very successful – 18 members came along.  10 young people helping.  Activities on offer – karate, netball, multiactivity.  Report due in local paper next week.  Sue Lowrie asked that all the partners be acknowledged.
  • Domestic issues concerning the use of the school were resolved.
  • Further funding for storage will be sought – N Cheshire Health Grant, Community Fund – MF suggested The Princes Trust – SL to follow up.
  • H&S forms were not completed effectively – the procedures for completion need to be altered.

 

Other issues

 

·        Paula Parle (Sharon’s replacement) takes up her post on 10.2.03

·        Basic information on the Forum and Sports Club to be available for the next meeting.

·        Sue Lowrie has submitted a bid to replicate the Sports Club in Runcorn.
