Some new members joined the group so introductions and welcomes were conducted.

Transport

It has been agreed that transport will be provided on a booking service.  Members were asked to submit numbers by next meeting of their own groups who will need picking up.

 

Project plans

Several plans have been submitted with outline costs.  Members were asked to submit invoices by the next meeting so that the money can be allocated.

 

Equipment

Microphones were requested and it was suggested that we contact Halton FM or the Queens Hall.  Sue Ellison advised that she has already reserved lighting from the Queens Hall and suggested that John Yates contacts them regarding the microphones.  Stage blocks are also required and enquiries should also be regarding this.

 

Advertising

By the next meeting members were asked to have already given information to Kath regarding their performance/workshop and preferred slot.  This will allow a programme to be drafted.  Members were asked to make suggestions for the next meeting regarding the flyer to advertise the event.

 

Site tour

Norton Priory have two marquees which we would be able to loan.  They can be put up with connecting sides elevated so that they form one marquee.  Kath will investigate further with the council regarding additional marquees/pods.
