Matters arising
·
Transport
– Kath has booked Halton Transport and they are providing 1 x 39 seater coach
and 3 x 16 seater minibuses.
·
Equipment
– both John Yates and Sue Ellison confirmed that they do not require
microphones. John still has a problem
with staging. He has a few small blocks
but needs the stage to be approx 12’ x 8’.
If we cannot locate additional blocks he has priced plyboard to cover
the available blocks to create the stage size.
Kath agreed to make calls next week to try to locate additional blocks
and let John know by Fri 12th.
·
Marquees
– Kath updated the group regarding the marquees which have now been booked with
the council.
·
Flyer
– Sarah Nicholson kindly agreed to submit a suggested format for a flyer. Date for this was agreed as Mon 8th
March.
