Copies of the previous minutes were distributed and all
members were briefed on the progress so far with regard to discussions around
the event.

Each member was asked for their
contribution following was offered

Linda
Hosty TocH will offer input on Christian denomination static display,
table required for artifacts and presentation to be made
o
Contact
has been made with the Jewish resource centre who will loan display material to
us for the event

Margaret
Eaton representing Churches Together in Runcorn will look at a display around
o
Jimmy
Tang has not yet put together a display and was asked to submit details as soon
as possible. An offer of food was also
made.

Rahale
Akram contact has been made with local schools although the response has not
been great. Support has been offered by
the Mosque in
o
Paula
Wilkinson Palacefields a display will be submitted covering the different
o

Programme
People were requested to inform
o
The
number/size of display boards/number of tables
o
How
long presentations will last
o
What
they need if they are bringing food eg service plates, hot plates etc

Costs
Members were asked to submit costs
with regard to their contribution as soon as possible.

Assistance
can be offered with regard to transporting displays to the venue and setting up
but this must be arranged as soon as possible
