I am the lead for Halton OPEN (Older People’s Empowerment Network), which
is a communication network that has been established for people aged 50 plus
in Halton, in order to keep them informed on health & social care matters.
Within my role at Age Concern I am also in touch with over 2,000 older people throughout Halton via ‘UPDATE’ newsletter. I am a member of Halton Community Transport Board and sit on several inter-agency committees, which are concerned with improving the quality of life for older members of Halton’s community.
